Stay fit and healthy with group exercise classes at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center. Classes are ongoing and you can mix and match classes to create the ultimate workout experience. Consider buying a series pass to save!

Fitness & WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Yoga (50 min)

A blend of seated, standing, and lying postures to improve mobility and flexibility.

Sculpt & Burn (45 min)

Formerly Total Body Conditioning, this class blends strength training with classic aerobics, available to all fitness levels!

Core and Stretch (45 min)

Release and strengthen the muscles of the abdomen and low back – now 45 minutes with Jen!

Rollology (50 min)

Way more than foam rolling!  Improve your game, posture, and core strength through this fitness program created by Master Pilates instructor, Alyson Limehouse.  Monthly clinics offer more in-depth introduction to equipment and exercise program.

Bootcamp (45 min)

Join John for this 45-minute total body workout in a circuit-style perfect for all levels looking for a personal challenge!

Butts & Guts (45 min)

Similar to a barre class, expect to work all the muscles of the lower body & core!
