ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS

Celebrate the cozy charm of fall with this festive and hands-on craft workshop where you’ll design your very own autumn-inspired masterpiece. Register by November 5.

Adults of all levels are welcome to discover the joy of ballroom dance at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Certified instructors teach a variety of styles, including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, and Cha-Cha, in a fun, social, and non-judgmental atmosphere. No partner needed!

Michele Bradley makes learning French fun and easy. Classes are conducted mostly in French and focus on conversational skills. Students also explore France’s culture, music, and food.

October 6 – November 24
Laura Antonacci, a native Italian, makes learning Italian easy and fun. Laura conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on the development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of Italy through web-site material, practical dialogues and Italian song and games.

This fun, engaging and intimate class will cultivate your love for the Spanish language and focuses on developing and improving conversational skills through interactive vocabulary building, pronunciation, grammar activities, and cultural experiences.

Exercise helps control your weight, reduces your risk of heart diseases, helps your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, improves mental health and mood and helps keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age. Designed to get you into tip top shape, our exercise classes, taught by certified instructors, are perfect for any fitness level or ability.
