Discover the joy of jewelry design in this hands-on beading class! Learn how to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind necklaces, bracelets, and earrings while exploring color, texture, and personal style. Bring new life to outdated or broken jewelry by repurposing favorite pieces into fresh designs you’ll love wearing again. Have a collection of meaningful charms from life’s special moments? Turn them into a truly unique charm necklace that tells your story.
Taught by experienced jewelry designer Brenda Kramer, this class is perfect for
beginners and creative enthusiasts alike.

The Regal Chess School’s certified chess instructors will show adult beginners through advanced students how to improve their play. Weekly activities will include casual play, chess lessons, tactical training exercises, chess notation, National Rated competition games, Chess Openings, Middlegame Strategy, Winning Endgames, Bughouse, and Fischer Random Chess. Each student will receive a chess workbook. All levels are welcome!

Join Fair Breeze Dancing Feet for 90-minutes of fun to sharpen your brain, improve your balance, invigorate your mind, and elevate your energy level. You’ll learn popular dances, such as “Boots on the Ground,” “Jerusalema,” and Tamia’s “Can’t Get Enough,” to a diverse selection of R&B/Soul, Pop, Country Blues, Caribbean, and Afrobeats music. All skill levels welcome.

Adults of all levels are welcome to discover the joy of ballroom dance at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Certified instructors teach a variety of styles, including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, and Cha-Cha, in a fun, social, and non-judgmental atmosphere. No partner needed!

Laura Antonacci, a native Italian, makes learning Italian easy and fun. Laura conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on the development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of Italy through web-site material, practical dialogues and Italian song and games.

RAMP Linguistic Society offers you an opportunity to expand your conversational skills in a fun and safe learning environment. Each week our class will delve into a new topic, thereby increasing our students’ listening, speaking, and comprehension skills.

FITNESS & WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Exercise helps control your weight, reduces your risk of heart diseases, helps your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, improves mental health and mood and helps keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age. Designed to get you into tip top shape, our exercise classes, taught by certified instructors, are perfect for any fitness level or ability.
Resident: $20/class meeting
Nonresident: $25/class meeting
This is an easy-to-follow, multi-level class that starts with a low-impact warmup and ends with weight exercises involving all major muscles. The class will conclude with a series of stretches.
Influenced by dance and fitness to allow an all-over stretch, resulting in calm relaxation.
Each session includes: gentle stretches, basic postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Modifications are offered throughout to meet where YOU are.
Push your limits with Bootcamp! This fast-paced, every-minute-on-the-minute workout combines strength and cardio in a six-exercise circuit designed to challenge your whole body and keep you moving strong.
